DEI's Days Are Numbered The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) just secured a major victory for equality under the law here in Wisconsin. The Wisconsin State Bar has agreed to a settlement in response to a lawsuit from WILL’s top notch litigation team. For too long, discriminatory DEI programs have judged Americans based on immutable characteristics like race and sex. Equality under the law is an American principle in dire need of protection. WILL is actively seeking allies across America to stand with us. Together, we can end unconstitutional DEI practices that have nothing to do with the content of someone’s character or their abilities. Together, we will create a roadmap for similar victories in other states. DONATE At WILL, we represent Americans free of charge to protect their rights and ensure equality for all. And we win! Generous tax-deductible donations from individuals like yourself fund our litigation and policy efforts. Every dollar reinforces the work we do, for all Americans—for this generation and those to come, by securing legal precedents. DONATE Last month we beat the Biden Administration for the seventh time when a federal judge issued a permanent injunction against the discriminatory Minority Business Development Agency. But we know the fight is not over . . . and with your financial contribution, we can continue to secure the blessings of liberty for every single American. Please consider contributing what you can—$250, $100, $50, or even just $10 today. Sincerely, The WILL Team DONATE Give with confidence. WILL is proud to be rated 4 Stars by Charity Navigator & rated Gold by Candid/GuideStar. The work we do would not be possible without the generosity of our donors; we are a tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization that receives no public funds. As a non-profit and non-partisan organization, we litigate in the areas of equality under the law, property rights, the freedom to earn a living, voting rights, regulation, taxation, school choice, and religious freedom. As an educational organization, we strive to advance the debate concerning law and public policy in these and other areas. ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty | 330 East Kilbourn Avenue, Suite 725, Milwaukee, WI 53202 Unsubscribe [email protected] Update Profile | Constant Contact Data Notice Sent by [email protected] powered by Try email marketing for free today!
