Friend, did you see the incredible news out of Nevada?

In 2022, Nevada voters passed their state's Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) — enshrining reproductive rights in the Nevada Constitution. This just allowed their state's court to BLOCK a dangerous attempt by Republicans to ban Medicaid coverage for abortion in the state — all because it was a clear violation of the ERA.

This victory for abortion access in Nevada shows just how powerful the ERA is in our fight to uphold reproductive freedom. That's why Kirsten Gillibrand is fighting to add the ERA to the U.S. Constitution — establishing nationwide that our rights cannot be infringed upon or taken away on the basis of gender.

We're closer than we've ever been to making this a reality. And with reproductive rights under attack like never before in this post-Roe v. Wade world, it couldn't be a more crucial moment to finally pass this legislation. So please, can Kirsten count on you to add your voice with hers today?

Please, add your name now to join Kirsten in the fight to add the Equal Rights Amendment to the Constitution and protect abortion access under federal law. She's counting on 50,000 signatures before midnight.
