John,

It’s a judicial emergency. A tsunami is coming. And today is our vital deadline to fight back in court.

DA Fani Willis, Biden, and the Deep State are expanding political prosecutions of conservatives – starting with President Trump.

Yet even after the judge ruled that an “odor of mendacity” – lying – permeated DA Willis’ case and that there was ample evidence of “impropriety,” she was allowed to continue her tainted prosecution.

TODAY we are filing an emergency amicus brief – led by our own former Georgia prosecutor – in the GA Court of Appeals to disqualify DA Willis and protect the integrity of our judicial system.

I’m going to be very blunt. If we don’t take urgent action, we could lose everything we hold dear. We must not allow the radical Left and the Deep State to destroy our constitutional republic.

But we face a major challenge. We're going up against the radical Left's unlimited taxpayer-funded arsenal in court. Cases of this magnitude take tremendous resources. TODAY have your gift DOUBLED through our Life & Liberty Drive. $5 becomes $10; $20 becomes $40.

Have Your Gift Doubled To Defend Life & Liberty.

We must defeat this two-tiered system of justice and defend the Constitution. Today, as we go to court, take urgent action with us.
