Port Orchard, Wash. - The victim from the incident on 6^th street in Bremerton on Sunday, March 31, 2024, has been identified as:

• Philip M. Graff, a 36-year-old male with a Jefferson County address listed.

An autopsy was performed by Kitsap County?s Chief Medical Examiner, Doctor Lindsey Harle. Cause of death is multiple stab wounds to the chest. Manner of death is homicide.
