Save the Date: State of the County & Public Safety Awards!

The State of the County & Public Safety Awards is a community-focused event that celebrates Arlington’s achievements, our community’s future, and those who make Arlington a great place to live and work. The Chamber understands that the escalation of the coronavirus outbreak has had significant impacts on Arlington and the local business community, and we know that more is still to come. At this event, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the County’s economic and developmental status from Arlington County Board Chair, Libby Garvey, as well as honor our local heroes who keep our community safe, especially during this crisis.

Join us on Tuesday, June 16 from 7:30-9:45 a.m. at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel to receive an update on Arlington County and pay tribute to our public safety personnel and first responders from Arlington County’s Fire Department, Police Department, Public Safety Communications & Emergency Management, and Office of the Sheriff, who have exemplified extraordinary heroic actions and exceptional performance of their duties.

The Chamber will monitor the CDC guidelines and re-evaluate the event if needed, but still intend to celebrate Arlington and honor those who serve our area.

Registration is open until Friday, June 12 or until the event sells out
