BREAKING NEWS: Florida Supreme Court rules to keep abortion rights on the ballot this November, giving voters the chance to overturn GOP’s extreme new 6-week abortion ban!

Friend, did you see the news? This is AMAZING! After months of gathering signatures, rallying support, and fighting against far-right lawsuits, activists have overcome the final hurdle: Florida voters will have the chance to codify abortion rights in our state constitution this fall!

This is a HUGE victory in the fight to defend reproductive freedom — but it's just the beginning. Now, we need to get this initiative across the finish line, defeat Rick Scott at the ballot box, and codify abortion rights.

And truthfully, we've got a tough fight ahead of us. Rick Scott is already attacking my campaign, calling me a "radical extremist" for supporting the right to choose. He can lie and attack me as much as he wants, but Rick Scott can't run from the truth: He's the extremist in this race. He's the one with a far-right, anti-choice record. He's the one whose approval rating is tanking. He's the one who's going to lose this November.

Listen, Florida is NOT a red state. We're ready for new leadership — and the GOP knows it. That's why Rick Scott and his extremist allies are ready to spend MILLIONS to destroy our campaign. To defeat them, we need to build unstoppable momentum headed into the election. Please, with all eyes on Florida, will you spli between my campaign and Ruben Gallego to help me hit my Emergency $100,000 Goal before midnight tonight? Every dollar gets us closer to restoring reproductive rights in Florida and nationwide.
