In the first few months of 2024, our Liberal team has rolled up our sleeves to deliver real progress for you, your family, and your community.

I’m encouraged by all we’ve accomplished together and am depending on your ongoing support as we fight Conservative cuts to keep moving Canada forward.

Your support has never been more important to Canadians than it is now.

Soon, our Liberal team will share our 2024 Budget which will outline the next steps in our plan to grow the middle class and build a fairer economy that works for all Canadians.

This week, we announced our plan to deliver fairness for Canadian renters. That means we’re making sure rental payment history counts towards your mortgage qualification – because if you pay your rent on time, it should positively impact your ability to get a mortgage. And we’re going to create the Canadian Renters’ Bill of Rights to ensure transparency and fairness in pricing, create nationwide standards for leases, and give renters more agency. We’re also going to create more $10-a-day child care spaces and train more child care workers, to build on the 100,000 new spaces we’re already creating.

This work builds on the progress we’re already delivering. From providing Canadians with life saving medications through National Universal Pharmacare, lifting over 650,000 children out of poverty with the Canada Child Benefit, fighting climate change while putting money back in the pockets of Canadians through the Canada Carbon Rebate, or providing more than 9 million seniors and kids with access to dental care with the Canadian Dental Care Plan, our plan is building a fairer Canada for everyone.

But Pierre Poilievre wants to stop our progress. He’s trying to make deep cuts to the programs Canadians depend on and bring far-right style American politics to Canada – and it’s going to take all of us to stop him.




Tomorrow marks the end-of-Q1 fundraising deadline and our team has an ambitious $200,000 goal to reach online in the next 24 hours.

The team tells me 2,358 Canadians have already chipped in – and we both know the power of this grassroots movement is at its best when we all work together.
