Let’s Tax Big Business to Build Social/affordable Housing in Seattle! I-137 Tabling at the Beacon Light Rail Station This, Friday, 4-6pm This Sunday, 11 - 2pm Join us for our first SDSA for I-137 Mega Canvass and Social! We’ll spread out in teams around NW Seattle and meet back for a social at Stoup Brewing in Ballard. We’ll be gathering signatures to put an Excess Compensation Tax to fund Seattle’s social housing program on the ballot!
No experience required, training will be provided on site and you will be paired with experienced volunteers!

11:30am: Head out to our respective locations for signature gathering! 2pm: 🍺We’ll meet back up at Stoup Brewing and debrief over pizza and drinks!🌹

Seattle DSA Social (Ballard) This Sunday, 3/31 1108 NW 52nd St Working to create socialism is sometimes … well, a lot of work! If it’s all rallies and meetings and spreadsheets, it can turn into a drag real quick. We think it’s important to have some time to just simply get to know each other, connect over food and drinks, and have fun together — that’s what this social is for! No big speeches, no business, just time to connect with other leftists.
