Last night was the first televised debate in the Republican primary for Governor.

Eric was dominant.

He offered a bold vision and detailed plans for Indiana's future. He outlined his Indiana Main Street Initiative to restore our small towns and his Zero-Cost Adoption plan to find permanent, loving homes for children in foster care. He was also clear about his commitment to support law enforcement, combat illegal immigration, and provide resources to reduce addiction.

Meanwhile, Senator Braun's campaign remains in free fall. With collapsing poll numbers and days of brutal headlines over his decision to skip this weekend's federal budget vote for his campaign fundraiser, Senator Braun spent the debate on defense spinning his failed record.

Braun was exposed for his plan to make it easier for left-wing activists to sue police and his willingness to join Black Lives Matter protests. The facts are clear: while Senator Braun will try to spin his way out of it, he caved to the DC liberals and offered a dangerous plan to limit legal protections for law enforcement when they needed him most.

In an attempt to further distract from his disastrous record, Braun continued attacking Eric with debunked claims called "unfounded ([link removed]) " "murky ([link removed]) " and "mostly false ([link removed]) " by ad fact-checkers. His attacks are proof we can't trust Mike Braun.

Folks, one thing is clear: the more voters learn about the candidates, Eric is surging and Senator Braun's support is collapsing. But we need your help to get to the finish line.
