But according to reporting from OpenSecrets, a nonprofit that tracks political spending, 2024 is going to be worse than it’s ever been before:

Shell companies and dark money groups poured over $162.4 million into federal political contributions in 2023. That’s nearly double what it was at this point in the 2022 cycle, and nearly triple what it was in the 2020 cycle.  

Put simply, the 2024 elections are on track for a new record. 

And with national Republican groups like the NRSC committed to defeating Tim Kaine — not to mention Donald Trump himself — we need to have Tim’s back.
