This month, we’ll hear oral arguments before the Supreme Court arguing that mailing Mifepristone violates The Comstock Act, a puritanical dumpster fire enacted only eight years after the Civil War, so clearly very relevant to modern society. Catch AAF outside of SCOTUS next week during oral arguments, and maybe you’ll even spot that rascal Comstock himself to hear what he has to say on the matter…
