Because right now, we're facing some of the gravest and most imminent
threats ever to our clean air and clean water, our wildlife and public

Capitol Hill, and in state capitols.
Here's our strategy:
* We're prepared to fight — in and out of the courtroom — to block the
worst attacks on our environment and the laws that protect it,
whenever and wherever those threats arise.
* We're standing up to climate change deniers and fossil fuel apologists
who are trying to derail progress we've made in reducing toxic carbon
pollution and expanding our clean energy revolution.
* We're fighting to stop offshore oil and gas drilling, reckless
fracking, and other dirty fossil fuel schemes that would imperil our
land, our oceans, and our drinking water — and keep us tied to the
climate-wrecking fuels of the past.
* We're defending national monuments and other public lands from
drilling, mining, and logging companies who want to exploit them for
profit.
* We're filing litigation to get toxic chemicals out of consumer
products, and are prepared to go to court to protect clean air, clean
water, and our health.
* We're helping preserve and strengthen protections for endangered
species, and block drilling and other harmful activities in their
natural habitats.
