John,

Next Tuesday, Wisconsinites will make our choice for next Justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court for a ten-year term.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court hears cases of monumental importance. Their decisions could determine the makeup of the electorate this fall, as conservative groups seek to purge hundreds of thousands from voting rolls. The court is also likely to hear cases involving partisan redistricting in 2021.

As an attorney, I'm concerned that that the Republican Party will keep using our Supreme Court to advance their agenda, including rigging the November election for Trump in the nation’s #1 battleground state.

That's why I'm proudly voting for Judge Jill Karofsky. Voting for Judge Jill Karofsky is the only way to ensure that the rule of law is followed.

TODAY is the last day you can still register online (until 11:59 PM) and request a ballot be mailed to you by visiting www.myvote.wi.gov. You can request an absentee ballot until Thursday, April 2 at 5 PM, or if you are indefinitely confined, until April 3.

If you've already requested an absentee ballot, send it back ASAP -- it must be received by your municipal clerk no later than 8 p.m. on Election Day, April 7. Don’t forget to return it!

Together, we will win back our seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court!

Forward,

Kelda
