Election Day is officially only eight months away, John.

I wish I could say that my colleagues and I are ready for a productive eight months of advocacy and policy making to support this country… but too many of my House Republican colleagues seem uninterested in using this time to enact meaningful legislation.

Instead of focusing on the work at hand, MAGA extremists and the NRCC have thrown a target on my back, relentlessly and baselessly attacking the work I do for New Mexico with malicious attack ads filled with lies and funded by right-wing dark money.

It's ridiculous — but let me make one thing clear: They're attacking my work and the strength of Team Vasquez because they're scared. They know Democrats have a real chance at winning in November.
