Jerry has never been afraid to call out hypocrisy and lies when he sees them, and he wasn’t afraid to do it to Jim Jordan and his MAGA allies on the House Judiciary Committee this week when they continued to lie about President Biden.

[link removed] [[link removed]] This week’s House Judiciary Committee hearing with Special Counsel Hur made one thing crystal clear: a complete and total exoneration of President Biden . President Biden acted responsibly, cooperated completely, and the decision to decline criminal charges was relatively straightforward.

And yet, Jim Jordan and his MAGA Republican allies, continue to lie to smear President Biden and make excuses for 91-time indicted felon Donald Trump.

Their blatant disregard for facts is symptomatic of their disrespect for the rule of law and the foundations of American democracy, and if we don't stop them, we may never get another chance to have a fair election again.

That's why I need your help to take back the House, especially because critical New York races will likely decide the majority. Can I count on you to pitch in to help us close our $4,293 fundraising gap in the next 48 hours? I have to report my numbers publicly at the end of March, and Republicans will be watching our results closely. [[link removed]]

It’s important to remember that, despite Hur’s outrageous mischaracterizations, he concluded in his report that President Biden did not criminally mishandle classified information .

In contrast to Donald Trump who deliberately took large amounts of classified information from the White House and stored it at Mar-a-Lago on the ballroom stage, an unlocked closet and next to the toilet! He showed classified military plans to an author and other visitors to Mar-a-Lago.

Then despite being given the opportunity to return classified documents and avoid prosecution, Trump allegedly did the opposite. He refused to return documents, enlisted others to destroy evidence and lied.

Let me make another distinction between President Biden and Donald Trump that became clear from this report: President Biden had the mental acuity to navigate this situation while Donald Trump simply did not.

If Jim Jordan and his allies really cared about American national security, they would spend more time questioning their indicted felon Republican presidential nominee and less time lying about President Biden.
