You can be a part of the New Mexico Trump Victory Team!

Trump Victory in New Mexico is looking for a motivated, energized and self-directed Field Organizer for Santa Fe and North Sandoval County. This is an exciting opportunity to help Trump Victory turn New Mexico red for the President.

The Field Organizer is the face and presence in the community. This is the most important job in the field. Field organizers implement the field program within their area. Their job is to build infrastructure, recruit, train, and manage local neighborhood teams. Experience in managing staff or volunteers is not required, but helpful. Having prior campaign experience is also good.

As a Field Organizer, you will:
* Implement the field program within your area
* Recruit, manage and train fellows
* Identify and cultivate Neighborhood Teams
* Register, persuade, and motivate voters through neighborhood organizations
