Report detailing affordable housing, services funding released for review, public comment
The Kitsap County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) program completed the 2023 Annual Performance Report.
Kitsap County released the CDBG & HOME Five-Year Report detailing the funding and accomplishments for the Consolidated Plan years 2016-2020. The report outlines the ways Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership funds were used to provide affordable housing, economic opportunity and services in our community.
The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), prepared for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, includes a summary of activities that received CDBG and/or HOME funding during the 2023 grant period, Jan. 1 - Dec. 31, 2023.
A 15-day public comment period is now open.
