Team, It’s AmeriCorps week!

As a former AmeriCorps member who spent years serving at-risk youth in Boston, it’s especially meaningful for me to celebrate the organization that provides an on-ramp to a life of public service. And it was during my time serving that I first learned the value of servant leadership.

I bring that same mindset to New Politics . I saw the need for transformational leadership in our government, and I know that AmeriCorps members are the perfect next generation of leaders that we’re missing in office.

To join in on the celebration and recognition of AmeriCorps, we’re highlighting our endorsed candidates that come from AmeriCorps:

We’re making a difference by electing selfless candidates to office, and we’re proud to endorse so many AmeriCorps members who stepped up to make a difference. Follow along on our Twitter as we highlight these amazing leaders. [[link removed]]

New Politics--

New Politics supports outstanding military veterans and national service leaders, alumni of programs like AmeriCorps and the Peace Corps, to step up and serve our country again, this time through politics. We were proud to be behind the movement of veterans who ran for office for the first time in 2018, and we have big plans to grow into the future.
