Hi John!

My campaign’s big end-of-quarter deadline is coming up this Tuesday. These deadlines are incredibly important – they show the strength and breadth of our campaign for US Senate here in Maine. I spoke to my team just now and they told me we are $14,328 away from hitting our fundraising goal.

If you believe in our people-powered campaign, click here to contribute today! [[link removed]]

I am not taking big PAC checks from corporations. My campaign is being funded by grassroots supporters like yourself because I am not running to represent those big corporations. I am running to represent Mainers.

Can you chip in today to help us reach our goal? [[link removed]]$10 » [[link removed]] $20 » [[link removed]]

I know times are tough right now. Everyone says they want things to return to normal, but this is a good opportunity to envision a new normal. A normal where we have Medicare for All, Paid Sick Leave, and fair drug prices.

I’ve spent over 40 years fighting for Mainers. I helped write the first Family Medical Leave Act in the country right here in Maine because I believe in economic justice for working families. I helped author and pass the Clean Elections Act in Maine and will continue to fight for fair elections. I’ve fought for domestic violence victims. And I’ve fought for our environment in the face of corporate greed.

I’ve spent my career fighting for Mainers and I will use my experience to continue to fight for you in the US Senate. Please make a donation to our campaign today. [[link removed]]

Together, we can defeat Susan Collins this November. Thank you for everything you do!

In solidarity,
Betsy Sweet
