Hi,

During Women’s History Month, I think about the remarkable women who came before us in Massachusetts and paved the way. I think of the women who have inspired us, who have stood tall in the face of tremendous challenges and helped build a better world.

I think of Frances Perkins, of Sojourner Truth, of Amelia Earhart. I think of my mom.

I also look to the future, toward all the little girls who deserve every bit of respect and opportunity in the world.

So this month, let’s think of all the women who blazed trails, broke glass ceilings, and helped make sure that every little girl knows that she should never put a limit on her dreams. And let’s think of all the work that we must continue to do to help make those dreams a reality.

Because Women’s History is American History. And we make it every day.
