Companies are raking in record profits by exploiting hard-working Americans.
From shrinking their products and pocketing the difference to raising prices on products at a faster rate than their production costs increase, these deceptive practices that I call shrinkflation and greedflation are driving up grocery bills and affecting families across the Nation.
I’m leading the fight to hold greedy corporations accountable. Last week, I introduced the Shrinkflation Prevention Act to crack down on corporations and put money back into the pockets of hard-working Americans. I’m also proud to support the Price Gouging Prevention Act to bring relief to consumers.
