[ [link removed] ] This new rulemaking addresses multiple pieces of legislation including housing, permitting, development regulations, urban growth areas and rural development all within the Growth Management Act. ?

We invite you to attend an informal listening session in March or April to review draft considerations and help us prepare for a formal CR-102 filing later this year.

*Public listening sessions:*

* April 1, 11 a.m. Register [ [link removed] ]?(Zoom)

Revisions will interest local government staff working on local comprehensive plan and regulatory updates under the current periodic update cycle. Comments and recommendations will be considered as we continue to refine the draft rules expected out later this summer. Once the CR-102 is filed, Commerce will host a formal public hearing on the proposed changes.
