Dear Friend,

It takes an entire community working together to make a real
impact, especially when it comes to ending Alzheimer's disease.
Families across the nation rely on us to advance research and provide
care and support when they need it the most. We've been challenged to
raise $325,000, and with your help, I know we can do it.

We're so grateful that a generous supporter who wishes to
remain anonymous has stepped up with our Double Your Impact Match
Challenge, pledging to match all gifts up to $325,000. To unlock this
match, we need to raise the same amount by April 1. Your gift can make
TWICE the difference for families facing Alzheimer's.

It's not often we have donors pledge match challenges this
large, so your help, as a caring member of our community, is more
critical than ever.

Your first gift will advance promising Alzheimer's research
and help provide care and support. Just think of how far those funds
could go toward furthering our mission to lead the way to end
Alzheimer's and all other dementia - by accelerating global
research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing
quality care and support.

You've shown how much our work means to you by getting
involved, and I thank you. But now I'm asking you to take the next
step in your commitment by making your first gift today. Along with
pushing for tomorrow's progress, you'll be helping provide necessary
care and support to those who need it today. Whatever inspires you to
give - your support is urgently needed now.

Don't miss your opportunity to
achieve 2X the impact with one gift:

$16 can become $32.

$30 can become $60.

$50 can become $100.

Double my impact now.

You'll also help us continue to raise early detection
awareness and provide access to resources for accurate diagnosis. With
Food and Drug Administration approval of treatments that could
meaningfully change the course of the disease for people living with
early Alzheimer's, an early diagnosis can mean more hope for more
time.

These treatments are a huge step forward. But they're not the
answer for everyone. In fact, every day without access to treatment,
an additional 2,000 people progress past the point of eligibility,
joining millions counting on us to push promising research forward to
find more treatments that can help a wider range of people living with
dementia. That's why we can't rest until everyone living with dementia
of any kind can get the treatment and care and support they need and
deserve.

Please take a moment now and make a generous first gift that
can go 2X as far to help us promote our early detection efforts while
also providing comprehensive care and support and advancing critical
research.
