FIRST: Ron DeSantis appointed FIVE out of SEVEN of the justices on the Florida Supreme Court — stacking the bench with his ultraconservative loyalists!

THEN: They agreed to hear right-wing extremists’ case on whether or not a critical abortion rights ballot initiative could be included on the 2024 ballot.

NOW: They're set to issue a decision any day. If they remain loyal to DeSantis, they'll take away our BEST chance to enshrine abortion rights in our state constitution and end DeSantis' extremist, unpopular ban!
