I am just so excited to share the news, it's Fritz's Birthday! You probably know him as J.D., but he'll always be Fritz to me!

I told him, "I know you're really busy working hard for all of us Iowans, but I really need a picture of you for your birthday card!"

Well, you know how sons are, getting them to send you a picture can be like pulling teeth. But this morning I finally got it and I couldn't be happier! Doesn't his smile just look so handsome on this card???

Despite Fritz being born at 10lbs 2oz and never really being little, he's always looked after the little guy. But whether on the little league field or in the Iowa State House, you could always count on him to stand up to a bully. That's why I am so proud of him!

Right now a bunch of far-right nutters are trying to wreck our state, but that won't happen on his watch! He's out there organizing our community and working night and day for all of us. And he would never tell you this, but he needs our help.

He needs people to chip in so he can get more yard signs, leaflets, and waters for his volunteers. He's standing tall for all of us, so let's stand with him on his birthday! Can you wish J.D. a happy birthday by chipping in a couple bucks to help him build a people powered movement right here in Iowa? [[link removed]]
