We did it!

In a decisive victory, the United State Supreme Court ruled in favor of President Donald J. Trump and the Colorado Republican Party.

The radical petitioners who brought the litigation, along with Colorado's extreme Secretary of State, Jena Griswold, had their ridiculous case struck down by the High Court in a 9-0 ruling.

History was absolutely made, and your Colorado Republican Party was honored to fight alongside President Trump to safeguard the right of all voters to choose the candidate they support at the ballot box.

We are grateful for this massive victory to be announced on the eve of Super Tuesday so all Coloradans, and all Americans across the country, can finally know their votes will count for President Trump.

This massive decision should also serve as a rallying cry for all Americans to defeat Joe Biden and the radical Democrats who tried to steal your right to vote by engaging in election interference against our Republican Party's presumptive nominee.

As previously reported about last month's oral arguments, the Supreme Court justices rightfully scrutinized Colorado's unAmerican decision to remove Trump from the Republican primary ballot.

Chairman Williams predicted SCOTUS would rule against what he described as “ridiculous and novel legal theories to try and engage in election interference" while saying he looked “forward to seeing Donald Trump on the ballot in Colorado.”

What was most notable was the obvious unity among all justices who shared their concerns about allowing a single state, or a handful of individuals, the power to remove President Trump from the ballot and upend the election for the rest of the country.

The other side simply could not withstand the scrutiny and make a legitimate argument for their unconstitutional power grab.

All the justices, regardless of their political ideology, underscored the gravity of the decision, highlighting the potential repercussions of allowing states to unilaterally disqualify candidates based on political motivations. The prospect of disrupting the electoral process and undermining the democratic principles of free and fair elections weighed heavily in their decision today.

Now that this absurd 14th Amendment case has finally been decided by the U.S. Supreme Court, voters can move on to determining this election at the ballot box in November, hopefully with all other challenges to President Trump's candidacy across the country coming to a close.

The Colorado Republican Party will now pivot to defeating Joe Biden while working with President Trump to get across the finish line in the general election.

Thank you for your unwavering support and commitment to our shared conservative Republican principles. Together, we will restore balance to Colorado and the White House.

For Free & Fair Elections,

Dave Williams
