Today's House Calendar lists the House Elections Committee will hold informational hearings on Tuesday, March 5th at 3:30 pm in Room 218-N for SB 368, Prohibiting the use of any form of ranked-choice voting method for the conduct of elections; and on Thursday, March 7th, same time and place as the Tuesday meeting, SB 365 Requiring all advance voting ballots be returned by 7:00 pm on election.

Senate Judiciary Committee will hold hearings March 7th on House Bill (HB) 2583, Increasing the criminal penalties for harming or killing certain dogs and horses and requiring restitution for such offense to include certain expenses in Room 346-S at 10:30 am, Committee Assistant is Barbara Moore, 785-296-6817, [email protected].
