Team,
We knew from the beginning that Andy's re-election would be tough. We won the last election by only a few thousand votes.
But Andy has always upheld the commitments he made to the people of New Jersey’s third district -- to be accessible, transparent and accountable. He's done what's right, not what was politically easy or popular with corporate PACs and mega-donors who want to buy his seat.
Now that Andy's seat has been rated one of the most likely to flip by National Journal, the Washington insiders and corporate donors will come at us harder than ever.
Will you help Andy fight back so he can keep fighting for all of us? If you're able to make a donation now, chip in before Tuesday's FEC end-of-quarter deadline to help Andy prepare for the next round of attacks.
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
In 2018, Andy defeated the architect of a bill that would have repealed the Affordable Care Act, and he's repeatedly voted to expand our healthcare to make sure every American has access to the life-saving care they need. He's fought against Republican attempts to slash Social Security and Medicare at a time when Americans need to know they can count on our social safety net.
Now Andy's under attack from corporate PACs and billionaires for standing up for working families. We need to have his back like he's had ours.
This is also one of the most crucial moments of the campaign so far. At the end of the month, we will need to submit a fundraising report to the Federal Election Commission, who will make our numbers public. If we show any signs of weakness it could cause problems down the road.
If you're still standing with Andy and you're able to chip in a donation, help us make sure that our first public fundraising report of the year shows that we're ready for what's next. Chip in any amount you can before Tuesday's end-of-quarter deadline.
Thanks for your support. Stay well,
Team Kim
