It's Friday, so we've got videos for you!

But first: as we head into the weekend, don't forget that President Trump and his team will continue to have updates for the American people. Check out their press conferences on TV, livestreamed on social media, or on the White House's website at WhiteHouse.gov/live.

Now here's the news you'll want to know this Friday, including two videos you'll want to see.

Newsflash for journalists: the more Americans hear from President Trump, the more they like his leadership.

"After spending months demanding that the White House reinstate press conference, they are now demanding he shut them down as his performance is going better than theirs." [Read the full story from The Federalist.]

We've shared with you the value of the Trump Administration's press conferences on the coronavirus outbreak. (Watch on many TV stations, streamed on social media, or on the White House website at WhiteHouse.gov/live.)

The President and his team -- including the Vice President and national health experts -- take turns at the podium to provide updates, answer questions, and address the American people, directly and candidly.

And the more President Trump talks with the American people, the more they can see his decisive leadership for themselves. No wonder some in the media hate it!

Some media members have moved to stop showing the press conferences to the American people. Others call them terms like dangerous, misguided, or false. (Yikes!)

The truth is: we're facing a serious challenge as a country, and we deserve to hear from our elected officials. It's unfortunate some journalists are prioritizing political points in what's truly a non-partisan issue that affects every American.

We would definitely watch this video on repeat.

"And despite the mainstream media’s considerable efforts to sway the populous into believing that President Trump has handled the pandemic poorly, and that scores of Americans will perish from the virus, Dr. Birx and the team have fought back with facts and reason." [Read the full story from Lifezette.]

The coronavirus pandemic is a serious challenge for our country -- but it's being met with a serious response from the Trump Administration.

Unfortunately, some in the media have preferred to focus on political goals rather than getting the news to the American people, quickly and accurately. But in President Trump's daily press conference, his team is setting them straight, as this important video from Dr. Birx shows.

No wonder the media is hoping we'll stop watching!

Here's the logic behind President Trump's "15 days to slow the spread."

"The next few days will give us a tremendous amount of data to help determine next steps for the country. There may be good news soon if the president’s 15 days proved effective, but Americans should be prepared to hunker down a little longer if the virus’ rampage has not been checked." [Read the full story from the Daily Signal.]

The Trump Administration has continued to make the right calls on America's coronavirus response -- even when they're tough ones to make.

First the President announced travel bans with China then with Europe. Then, just 11 days ago, he asked Americans to practice social distancing in the "15 days to slow the spread initiative."

This article from the Daily Signal provides clear analysis of why this type of effort was necessary ... and what good results may come from it soon.

Because it's Friday and because this is really cool...

"The U.S. Space Force successfully launched its first rocket Thursday, sending a military communications satellite into space from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida." [Read the full story from the Washington Free-Beacon.]

President Trump made the U.S. Space Force an independent service this past December -- and they're already showing results! Yesterday the Space Force had their first rocket launch. No surprise: it was a success, and you can watch the video of it here.

As we head into the weekend, we consider this accomplishment a reminder that although we face short-term challenges as a nation, our future will always be bright.

And, as always, we continue to hope for the health and safety of you, your family, and your community. May you have a safe, enjoyable, socially distanced weekend!
