Tomorrow, the Senate will vote on a critical bill to protect in-vitro fertilization and other fertility treatments nation-wide, introduced by Vote Pro-Choice endorsed champion Senator Tammy Duckworth.
Will you join us in telling the Senate: vote YES to protect IVF?
Senator Duckworth first introduced this bill in 2022, because she knew how important it was to proactively protect the fundamental rights that anti-choice extremists seek to destroy.
After the Alabama Supreme Court decision declaring that embryos must be considered children, many doctors in the state have been forced to stop providing care to IVF patients, under the threat of criminalization.
What starts in one state never stays there, and we know that the Alabama ruling has national implications. This bill will override that decision and protect IVF nation-wide—but we need the ‘yes’ vote of every Senator.
