I’m going to keep it real with you, fellow activist.

This is the time of year that nonprofits in our space experience delayed funding which forces costly budget restrictions – and we’re in that.

In order to not only retain our current level of operations in quarter one but also ramp up for the critical general election in November, we are depending on grassroots support.

By donating $25 or more today, you will directly help us fund essential programs and events to help strengthen our democracy, including candidate forums and community conversations and our year-round work to expand Pennsylvania’s electorate. Will you support us with a donation today?

Here’s the thing: Pennsylvania is a key battleground state.

That’s why we are already seeing blatant attempts to make it harder to register to vote and cast a ballot.

According to CBS News, a lawsuit was recently filed by 24 PA Republican state lawmakers, “challenging the legality of a 2021 executive order by Biden that orders federal agencies to consider ways to expand access to registering to vote and information about voting.”

As the CBS News article confirms, “The lawsuit is expected to be one of many to litigate voting and election rules in a battleground state that is critical to 2024's presidential contest.”

We know it’s going to happen, and we have to be able to ramp up NOW in order to defend voting rights in Pennsylvania.

We cannot afford to wait until the Fall to fund our voter engagement and mobilization programs. We need to raise funds NOW to defend against all attacks on voting rights in PA. The primary election is only 57 days away, and we need your support. Please rush $25 or more to help us continue to ramp up in this critical election year.

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

We can’t do the critical work without your support. Together, we can fight back against harmful and restrictive legislation that would erect barriers and make it harder to vote, all while advocating for legislation to make it easier for all Pennsylvanians to access the ballot and vote.

Thank you,
