The Reproductive Freedom Alliance filed an amicus brief to support mifepristone access.

The Reproductive Freedom Alliance is a cohort of Democratic governors committed to protecting reproductive rights in their states and across the country. As attacks on mifepristone escalate, they joined together to petition the U.S. Supreme Court to protect access to this widely used abortion and miscarriage medication.

The aim, they said, is to expand access to addiction treatment and social services, reduce fatal overdoses and crack down on illegal activity.”
