Now, new polling shows that Biden’s lead has shrunk to less than half of that. 

So when Donald Trump says he thinks Virginia can be flipped, he’s not just making things up. Virginia’s 13 electoral votes could go his way — all but guaranteeing a second Trump term come January 2025. 

Here’s the good news: A new analysis from Richmond Times-Dispatch suggests that Biden has a good shot at winning Virginia by riding “Tim Kaine’s coattails.” 

Put another way: One of the best ways to stop Trump from winning VA in 2024 is by supporting Tim Kaine’s reelection bid for the U.S. Senate.
