[ [link removed] ]WATCH: John Oliver offers to pay Clarence Thomas $1 million a year to
resign from the Supreme Court within 30 days.
Last night, John Oliver meticulously – and hilariously – connected the
dots between expensive gifts from right-wing billionaires to Supreme Court
Justices and the illegitimate decisions Clarence Thomas and others have
   made.
It culminated with Oliver offering Clarence Thomas $1 million a year (and
a new $2.4 million motor coach, similar to a gift given by a billionaire)
   to resign within 30 days.
This video is going viral today. But together, we can ensure the pressure
on Thomas and this right-wing Court lasts FOR WEEKS!
[ [link removed] ]Can you watch John Oliver’s amazing segment here – and then make
Oliver’s offer even more powerful by pledging how much you would
(hypothetically) be willing to pay Clarence Thomas to GET OFF THE SUPREME
   COURT NOW? Click here.
(To be clear, joining Oliver’s pledge is more about advancing this media
narrative than actually giving money to Clarence Thomas.)
Here’s why this matters. Oliver’s amazing video could be out of the news
cycle by tomorrow if we do nothing. But we’ll update the media on the
ever-growing number of Americans joining his call – and the amount they
are pledging – for Clarence Thomas to retire. This will increase the buzz
and news surrounding Oliver’s amazing video calling out Court corruption.
As Oliver said, the Court has more society-changing cases on the docket
this year. And the American people's confidence in our democracy itself
has already been shaken by this Court’s political rulings that
consistently go against the will of the people — such as striking down
abortion rights, voting rights protections, common-sense state and local
gun regulations, and federal efforts to combat climate change.

Thanks for helping to hold this corrupt Supreme Court accountable.
