Friends,

I want to provide you with a few important updates.

This week, with my full support, the House voted to impeach Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for violating his oath to the Constitution, his failures to execute the duties of his office, and his willful refusal to enforce the law. This was a necessary step toward accountability and change.

Also on the border crisis, as the founder of the House Congressional Fentanyl Prevention Caucus, I convened a briefing in the U.S. Capitol to highlight the growing dangers of deadly fentanyl with the direct testimonies of Border Patrol agents and my friend, Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco.

In continued oversight of Biden’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, I led questioning of key officials testifying before the Foreign Affairs Committee. Watch my comments here.

And, I voted to restore America’s ability to export liqufied natural gas that the Biden Administration recently cut off.

Finally, for individuals near Lakeside, Warner Springs or Rainbow, please be aware of my office’s upcoming mobile office hours. If you have federal casework needs, my staff will be ready to assist at these events or anytime at my offices. My local offices can be reached at 760-304-7575.

As always, it is an honor to serve as your representative in Congress. For more information, please visit my website at www.issa.house.gov.

Respectfully,
