By now you know Mad loves getting out and meeting with her neighbors and fellow community members. On top of just enjoying the conversations, she wants to hear about the issues that matter most to hard-working Pennsylvanians – and what they want to see from Congress.

Meeting the voters where they are is crucial to any campaign, but it’s especially meaningful to Mad as a lifelong resident of PA-04. We’re excited to ramp up our organizing efforts – here’s a typical “day in the life” for campaign organizers:
 

Log on to the voter database, pull a list of voters, and “cut turf” Drive to the given neighborhood to canvass Spend hours talking to voters and building relationships Eat lunch! Meet with volunteers Spend the rest of the day spreading the word about our campaign

Being an organizer is a hard job – just ask one. But everyone agrees that this work is some of the most important in the whole campaign. The opportunity to meet voters where they are can make or break any election effort.

As we’re building out our field team, we’re raising money to make sure that our organizers get everything they need to do the hard work. That’s where you come in. We need:
 

$8,000 to bring on two field staff members. $3,500 to continue paying for our voter database. $1,500 for miscellaneous needs (like gas, office supplies, paper, and other volunteer needs)
