They spoke with Bill Pettit, a truck driver for beer distributor Clare Rose, about making deliveries to stores that remain open. “There’s an increase in business,” said Pettit. But the flip side, he mentioned, is that there are closed bars stuck with kegs of beer they can’t sell. Some distributors are helping take back the beer, so for Pettit that means not only delivering beer, but also picking it back up.
