On Feb. 14, 2024, the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following action:

The Board approved a Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR 101) to consider repealing or amending WAC 314-11-050 [ [link removed] ] regarding prohibited conduct at liquor license premises. The LCB is looking forward to receiving stakeholder and public feedback and input on this topic that is of great importance to the community.
