Next month, the ultraconservative Supreme Court will hear arguments on mifepristone, a safe and effective abortion pill that far-right groups are trying to take off the market.

This is just the latest example of how conservatives are further chipping away at reproductive rights post- Roe v. Wade . Martin has brought forward a resolution supporting access to medication abortion because he refuses to leave the fate of this critical medication in the hands of the Supreme Court that overturned Roe.

The future of abortion rights is on the ballot in 2024. If Republicans take back the Senate and the White House, we could see a national abortion ban without exceptions for rape and incest, like in New Mexico’s neighboring Texas.

Martin is fighting every day to protect and expand reproductive rights, but national Republicans have recruited a multi-millionaire to defeat him and will stop at nothing to flip New Mexico and take back the Senate.

Ahead of this week’s crucial mid-quarter deadline, will you chip in $10 or any amount toward our work to keep Martin in the Senate defending reproductive rights? [[link removed]]

With reproductive rights hanging in the balance, we can’t afford to lose Martin’s leadership or our Senate Majority. Thank you for being part of this fight.
