I'll be quick, Friend. Another winter storm just blanketed parts of the US,
and our responders are on the front lines of support for the cold and
homeless. We need a few friends for local efforts this winter, and for
emergency support like hot meals, housing, mental health services, and
much more.

I hope you can spare time to respond before closing this email. Your
donated dollars will go right to work in your community towards
emergency relief and ongoing support. Every gift matters. Thank you ~
Tanisha

Date: Wednesday, February 7

Friend,

Last night, I read a jarring report that stopped me in my tracks. Over
600,000 people experienced homelessness in a single night last
January(1),  a new U.S. record.

It's hard to imagine a statistic like that and not be moved. Moved,
maybe, to pray, to donate, or act in some way. Especially knowing
it's such a frigid cold month in many parts of the country.

Join the Response: Bring Shelter, Warmth and Hope - Renew Now

[link removed]

Our VOA responders are on the front lines of support now, for families
exactly like those in the report.

It's thanks to you and other caring supporters that families,
veterans, young kids, and seniors are getting the essentials to exit
homelessness and establish a better life...

...Essentials like VOA warming shelters, pop-up food pantries, hot
meals delivered to isolated seniors, mental health support and other
winter relief services.

Our nationwide response is in high gear. But we need more friends now
for local efforts, Friend. Please let me know if we can count on your renewed
support today:

A bed. A blanket. A meal. That's all it takes to change a life. If
you're able, please make a renewed gift today, it will mean the world.

Thank you for sharing your kind heart,
