March 14th Introduction to Co-Governance (On-line, 90 min)

Want to learn more about how you can recruit, elect, and most important govern alongside elected officials who serve everyone... not just the political establishment? You're invited. We'll tell stories and share tactics about passing legislation, serving constituents, and using informal governing power when the proper channels aren't available. 3:30-5:00pm. April 12-14 Central Appalachia Training for Trainers (Fayette County)

This 3-day workshop on facilitation and training skills is one of the best all-around sessions we offer, alongside our terrific partners with Training for Change. If you've never been, now's a great time to go.?

April 17-21 Community Defender Training (Kanawha County)

This 5-day intensive workshop will focus on all the skills that are rarely covered at a traditional leadership training: self-defense, community mental health, first aid, de-escalation, threat assessment, direct action organizing, and more. This is our first time offering this training, and we are looking for folks who will help us build it out. If you are from a community that's being targeted right now by white supremacists and authoritarian, we hope you'll consider applying. Full scholarships are available.
