I have 15 spare minutes today, folks, so I hope you’ll take some time to hear me out and consider pitching in to my re-election campaign. [[link removed]]

We’re now halfway through the quarter. That means we’re mere weeks away from the most important deadline of our campaign so far, when the books will close on Q1 and everyone will be looking at our grassroots fundraising numbers to see how we stack up against my new multi-millionaire challenger.

And I mean everyone . My hedge fund executive opponent. Her national GOP allies like Mitch McConnell. The pundits and pollsters, who will make judgments about our race based on how much grassroots support we bring in.

If we hold our own against my new challenger’s self-funded war chest of $500,000 and counting, Republican super PACs and mega-donors may back off. But if our numbers are weak, they will see it as a signal to pour millions of dollars behind attack ads to try to regain the Senate Majority.

We can’t let that happen. I refuse to stand idly by as Republicans flood New Mexico with money and threaten the future of our public lands and waters, individual rights, and critical safety nets like Social Security.

Will you help us get ahead in our fundraising and stay competitive by chipping in $10 or more to my re-election campaign? Any amount will help us defend New Mexico from Republicans and keep the Senate in Democratic hands. [[link removed]]
