This toss-up special election in NY-03 is so important for our future. It’s about rebuilding the American Dream in Nassau, Queens, and across the country, and the stakes couldn’t be higher with the election just 3 days away.
My parents exemplified this American Dream. My father was born in Italy, and came here in search of a better life. He taught me the importance of hard work and community service, and these values drive me everyday. My mother was born in Queens, and her father was an IBEW electrician who put the lights on top of the Empire State Building.
I know we need to create jobs that pay a living wage for every family. I know that we need to expand access to affordable health care. And I know that if we work together, we can solve any problem that comes our way.
We will bring sanity back to our government so we can rebuild the American Dream and time is running out. So can you pitch in $25 to help me win this election?
