Join us Feb. 8 at 2 p.m. to rally to help save the U.S. Postal Service!

Hi John,

Postmaster General Louis DeJoy—a Trump appointee who had no prior experience with the U.S. Postal Service (USPS)—is currently implementing a 10-year Delivering for America plan for severe budget cuts that will slash jobs and shrink processing centers and post offices.

The result? Widespread understaffing, unsafe work environments, higher postal rates and longer delivery times.

We can’t let this happen. Can you join us in Washington, D.C., on Feb. 8? We’re going to let the Postal Service’s board of governors know how we feel:

WHAT:  Rally to Save the Postal Service

WHERE:  Postal Board of Governors Meeting
USPS Headquarters
475 L'Enfant Plaza SW
Washington, D.C.

WHEN:  Thursday, Feb. 8
Meet outside starting at 2 p.m.; action inside at 4 p.m.

The drastic network changes at the Postal Service under DeJoy are occurring with little transparency and oversight. Public meetings have yielded little information and have been held during business hours when many members of the public are working.

Let your voice be heard! Join us Feb. 8 to tell the USPS governors to save the U.S. Postal Service.

In Solidarity,

Team AFL-CIO
