Why Are We Funding the World Economic Forum?
More than $60 million U.S. tax dollars have been given to an organization that wants to usher in the Great Reset and a tyrannical global one-world government.

In this week’s edition of “it’s a hard pill to swallow,” it turns out that we are funding the World Economic Forum (WEF)—the body of unelected global elites who are looking to usher in the totalitarian policies designed to extinguish our freedoms and make us dependent on a narcissistic one-world global regime.
Yes, our tax dollars are helping the wealthiest individuals and corporations destroy agriculture, take over trade, erode our national sovereignty, usher in central bank digital currencies no reasonable citizen wants, and plot future pandemic policies that make what we experienced during COVID-19 look like child’s play.
A group of House Republicans, led by Pennsylvania Rep. Scott Perry, introduced legislation on Jan. 19 to defund the World Economic Forum (WEF). The “Defund Davos Act” would prohibit the Department of State, U.S. Agency for International Development, or any other agency from giving more of our tax dollars to the WEF because there are obviously better things they could spend our money on, like the Michigan potholes that plague most public roads, doggy bags for the human feces on sidewalks in San Francisco, and prepaid debit cards for veterans like illegal migrants are getting in New York.
Perry, along with Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) and Rep. Tom Tiffany (R-WI), originally introduced a bill in 2022 that would restrict funding to the WEF, but Congress never voted on it. This bill was reintroduced to accomplish what the first one didn’t.
According to Adam Andrzejewski, CEO and founder of OpenTheBooks.com, the U.S. gave $60 million between 2013 and 2020 to the already overflowing-with-money organization—with $26 million attributed to President Obama during his second term and $33 million from President Trump.
German economist Klaus Schwab founded the WEF in 1971 to provide a platform for “leading global companies” to “shape global, regional and industry agendas.”
The WEF holds a conference in Davos, Switzerland, each year where CEOs, world leaders, and other elites pay tens of thousands of dollars and fly in on their gas-guzzling private jets to discuss elitist, dystopian ideas like global solidarity, the Great Reset, climate change, digital I.D.s, vaccines, Disease X, and eating bugs to solve world hunger.
A ticket to Davos in 2023 was reportedly $28,000, but before you can buy one, you must be a WEF member. Membership fees range from $69,000 to $690,000 annually, depending on your partnership status.
To actually participate at Davos, fees over and above the annual membership are required. And then, of course, there are the astronomical costs of the trip itself and a week’s accommodations, which reportedly run around $15,000. Our tax dollars also fund the trips of U.S. officials who attend the event.
Total partnership and membership revenue for the 2022-2023 year yielded more than 300 million dollars.
“Forcing American Taxpayers to fund annual ski trips for insular, global elitists is absurd—not to mention reprehensible,” said Rep. Perry in a press release. “The World Economic Forum doesn’t deserve one cent of American funding, and it’s past time we defund Davos.”
