If you know one thing about me it’s that I take running seriously, whether that is running in the snow with my daughter, or running for office to stand up for our communities.
So I hope you know that I don’t take running for governor lightly. I entered this race because I want every Granite Stater to keep their freedom to live their lives and help provide the opportunities they deserve.
And not only did the Cook Political Report declare this race a “toss-up,” but recent public polling shows that I am in a dead heat against Republican frontrunner and anti-choicer Kelly Ayotte – a win is within reach for us.
We absolutely cannot let Trump’s recent primary victory give far-right extremists like Ayotte the momentum they need to fire up their base and come out on top in November.
