Support WILL's Efforts Today For the better part of the last 12 years, no piece of legislation has loomed larger in public policy debates in Wisconsin than Act 10—the collective bargaining reform law passed in 2011. This highly successful reform saved Wisconsin taxpayers nearly $17 BILLION but now faces a new legal challenge, brought by the progressive left. Any effort to repeal Act 10 is not only a political assault on our freedoms and the rights of taxpayers, but it will cost our state BILLIONS. The judge just granted WILL’s motion to intervene in the lawsuit, so that we can defend the Act for you and others. Support WILL’s Efforts to Defend Act 10 Our client, Kristi Koschkee, faces significant harm if Act 10 were to be repealed or scaled back. Kristi is a public-school district employee who has a right to free speech. She has every right to not support union recertification. And she has a right to oppose unions accessing her wages directly through payroll deductions. We are proud to represent Kristi at zero cost to her . . . due to generous supporters, like you! Donate to WILL Today WILL is an undisputed leader when it comes to investigating the impact of Act 10 on education; the teaching workforce; and in puncturing the myths that persist about the law. WILL can provide the Act’s best defense in the court of law, as well as in the court of public opinion, with your help. An end to Act 10 will devastate the school district budgets, municipalities, and Wisconsin’s overall fiscal stability. Help us defend it with a donation today. Please Stand with WILL The work we do would not be possible without the generosity of our donors; we are a tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization that receives no public funds. As a non-profit and non-partisan organization, we litigate in the areas of equality under the law, property rights, the freedom to earn a living, voting rights, regulation, taxation, school choice, and religious freedom. As an educational organization, we strive to advance the debate concerning law and public policy in these and other areas. ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty | 330 East Kilbourn Avenue, Suite 725, Milwaukee, WI 53202 Unsubscribe [email protected] Update Profile | Constant Contact Data Notice Sent by [email protected] powered by Try email marketing for free today!
