Republican Senator Richard Burr downplayed the threat of the coronavirus to the public while he quietly dumped up to $1.7 million worth of stock -- profiting off of the market crash he knew was on the way.
But every time a Senate Republican shocks us with an act of blatant disregard for the American people -- remember, it all starts with the man they call boss.

Burr’s betrayal of the American people didn’t just happen under McConnell’s watch.
