John, did you see the latest abortion news here in Texas?

The Supreme Court just blocked a Texas woman access to abortion care — even though she faced a life-threatening complication from her pregnancy:

Let’s be clear, John: Ted Cruz supports a national abortion ban.

That means he wants to make sure that what happened to this woman here in Texas happens to millions of women just like her all across the country.

It’s despicable.

In Texas, women are either fleeing our state or suffering under its extreme laws because Ted Cruz and his MAGA allies think that politicians should control women’s bodies.

We can’t let him bring that agenda to the national stage.

That’s why winning this Senate seat and defending Democrats’ majority in Washington is so critical.

And that’s why, when Roland is in the Senate, he’s going to abolish the filibuster and codify abortion rights.
