Joe Biden Vows To Freeze Key Aspects of Immigration Enforcement
What Happened:
Last Sunday, Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders debated one-on-one for the
first time. One of the key takeaways was Biden - the likely nominee -
declaring his intention to run to the extreme left on immigration.
Why You Should Care:
Biden pledged to halt deportations for the first 100 days of his
presidency, and then only deport illegal immigrants who commit felonies
on American soil. He also voiced support for Sanctuary Cities. This is
definitely not your grandfather's Democratic Party...
What Happens Next:
The Democratic Party seems to be embracing radical immigration
positions: open borders, sanctuary cities, amnesty, the list goes on.
Expect more of the same as election season ramps up.
